 | Name: Billie Jean Kirt Robbery |
| On 4/3/12 officers responded to 743 N. Clara Ave at 0900 hrs in reference to a robbery, case # DL120002219. Upon arrival officers made contact with victim Robert Dobbs who reported that his daughter Billie Jean Kirt (3/11/86 and Mark Kachoris (11/18/1985) had choked him unconscious then had stolen property valued in excess of $300 from him including his 1986 Dodge truck. Robert Dobbs stated that at one point Kachoris used a pillow to muffle Dobbs’ screams for help almost to the point of his losing consciousness again. Dobbs vehicle was recovered abandoned on 4/4/12 and has since been returned to him. Warrants for Kachoris and Kirt were obtained on 4/5/12 and entered into FCIC/NCIC. On 4/6/12 Kachoris was arrested in Deltona during a burglary investigation by V.C.S.O. ; however Kirt was able to elude deputies. Currently all attempts to locate Kirt have yielded negative results.
