Our PDF fill-in forms will generate a dialog box when selected for download. The specific wording of the options presented in the dialog will depend on the browser you are using. However, all browsers should present an option to "Open" or "Save" the form. Selecting "Open" will allow you to select a program on your computer to open the form in. The Adobe Reader should be selected for you by default if it is installed on your computer. Selecting "Save" will allow you to save the form to your computer and then open the saved form using the Adobe Reader that is installed on your local computer.

If you are having problems using the "Open" option, try using the "Save" option and then open the saved form manually.
